{Tim & Erika} Engaged

Ok so I don’t like to be too biased with my photo shoots but I must say this engagement sessions has been one of my all time favourites to date! Erika is actually my amazing hair dresser – go check out Alexander Woulfe. But a side from that she along with her fiance are just absolutely stunning, genuine & loving people.

By looking at these photos you WOULD think they are both models but no, they are just everyday (well plus some extra gorgeousness) people like you and me who had their engagement shoot and TOTALLY rocked it!

They wanted to have a bit of a 1940’s/50’s theme to their shoot as they both love getting dressed up so it was perfect for them and I love that the photo shoot ended up with a bit of a Notebook style/theme to it. (which is one of my all time fav movies!)

I was oohing and aahing through their whole shoot and pretty much didn’t want it to end. They were both a delight to photograph and to say I am super excited about their wedding next year would be an understatement!

{Kandy & Dylan} Engaged

We were really hoping the rain would hold off on this day, we managed to get some gorgeous images in the forest before heading down to the beach and the storm clouds were rolling in, we hit quite a lot of wind (thats an understatement) and then the rain decided to fall on us lol but this couple were fabulous, the rain wasn’t going to make us quit and we managed to get some beautiful scenic shots & well the storm clouds always make for fabulous photos anyways! Great job Kandy & Dylan, you were both absolute troopers! Lets hope for better weather on the wedding day though 🙂

{Travis & April} Engaged

We had heaps of fun at this engagement session. The plan was to have a bit of everything, confetti, water balloons, paint…. we were all geared up to start the paint fight (started filling balloons with paint), they even had their white clothes on so the paint would stand out… to then realise that the paint wasn’t water-based and could cause some serious staining so we kind of had to skip the paint idea! But non the less we still had heaps of fun and got some good old fun & crazy photos of this cute couple having a water fight and getting VERY wet in the process (of course)

We are looking forward to having heaps of fun on their wedding day also (probably won’t be including water & paint) but I am sure there will be lots of laughs, silly faces and memories created.

Ben & Tracey {Forest Sanctuary} Sunshine Coast

We had the honour of capturing this beautiful couples day. We have known Ben for a few years so we were stoked when he asked us to be their photographers.

Their wedding was held up the sunshine coast with the ceremony & some photos at the stunning Forest Sanctuary followed by their reception at Caloundra Boat Club

The talented Bride (Tracey) wanted something a bit different and unique for her bouquet and actually make the ribbon bouquets herself!

Tracey looked so classic in her stunning dress and with her glamorous Hollywood style hair and makeup by Jessica-Rose Hair & Makeup as you can see below, we couldn’t stop photographing her, she totally rocked the glamorous look.
