Kandy & Dylan opted for a beautiful, soft, pink & grey, romantic wedding. With gorgeous views we had lots of fun taking some spectacular photos at Cabarita beach.
I cannot believe we are now very much in the year of 2015!
We had a wonderful time throughout 2014, meeting & photographing many new & some regular clients. Its always an honour to be a part of capturing these special moments in peoples lives.
We decided for 2014 to take on a bit less (but it still ended up being a crazy big year) but its was an adventure and we are so grateful for it! We got to do a wedding in Melbourne and also one up north at Paronella Park which was an amazing experience. Thank you so much to all of our clients and followers, we appreciate your love & support so much!
Now very much specializing & focusing on weddings and engagement sessions, I still LOVE doing maternity sessions and then the odd glamour shoot here and there. I felt like I didnt really have the time to do many shoots just for my own creativity and fun which is something I want to take the time out for this year to do. So stay tuned…. but in the meantime please enjoy looking through some of our highlights throughout 2014.
And for those interested, here is our Year in Review from 2013.
Above all the awesomeness & uniquness in this wedding Alysha & Barry are both wonderful people individually AND together & it was an absolute pleasure to be a part of and capture their special day!
FROM THE BRIDE
How we met: We met while working at Ipswich city council
The proposal: Barry had put the ring around our puppy’s neck and asked me to come outside to help him with something and when I walked out he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.

We were really hoping the rain would hold off on this day, we managed to get some gorgeous images in the forest before heading down to the beach and the storm clouds were rolling in, we hit quite a lot of wind (thats an understatement) and then the rain decided to fall on us lol but this couple were fabulous, the rain wasn’t going to make us quit and we managed to get some beautiful scenic shots & well the storm clouds always make for fabulous photos anyways! Great job Kandy & Dylan, you were both absolute troopers! Lets hope for better weather on the wedding day though 🙂
It was an honour to capture these beautiful memories for these 2 good friends of ours. They are expecting their first & its such a beautiful time of their lives to have some gorgeous images of.
We had a fun and relaxed afternoon & well these two are just cute as & how gorgeous does the Mummy to be look!
This wonderful shoot was pretty much completely styled by the incredible Clarissa. She is so creative and gifted in what she does! I highly recommend her. This wedding was very special for us as Ken is my cousin and had found his sweetheart Talitha to marry. We were very excited about this special day! So be prepared for lots of photos 🙂
Ken & Talitha’s wedding was at Stradbroke Island – An Island Hideaway which is a stunning location for a wedding.
The girls stayed at Peppers Broadbeach where they had their hair & makeup done before heading over to the island to get into their dresses and get final photos. The girls gorgeous hair & makeup was done by Hayley from Smoke & Mirrors Beauty
Ken looked very trendy in his dark blue/grey suit & bow tie. We didn’t have to ask him twice to “pose” for the camera, it all came very naturally for him and even though Talitha said she was a little nervous about the photos she absolutely rocked it out all day resulting in some beautiful photos of them both.
I must say that Ken & Talitha’s love absolutely shone through all throughout the day. Ken couldn’t take his eyes of his beautiful bride & you couldn’t wipe the smile of Talitha’s face. Such a perfect couple and we are so happy for them and for what their future together holds.
Xavier & Melissa were married down at Palm Meadows Golf Course, it was a stunning location and the perfect weather!
Melissa was another one of these smiley/happy calm brides who looked absolutely beautiful in her amazing dress from Casar Elegance Brisbane and her gorgeous bouquet of purple tulips from Petals on the Plaza
She also took the time to make some fun and funky large crepe flowers to use as props, they were fabulous!!
We seriously have the best clients and some really stunning locations. Enjoy looking through a selection of their images.
